Second Floor Dormer – Demo

This is the second floor dormer. You can see where there is superfluous framing material hiding a very sweet ceiling detail –

This unnecessary framing intended to allow a flat ceiling over the window was removed to allow this lovely pitched alternative, which resulted in a much more classic detail for this space.
